Day 2 of Summer Soccer Tour 2007 began just outside of Portland, ME as we tackled the tour’s easternmost point, Scarborough, Maine.

    There, we met with representatives from Soccer Maine. This is the governing body of Youth Soccer in Maine! They recently were responsible for hosting Region I Regionals and are now preparing for their various fall seasons.

    From there, we made the 90 mile trip back into New Hampshire. In the southern city of Manchester, we met with the New Hampshire Soccer Association. After viewing an office covered in championship pictures and trophies, we learned a lot about operations in the Granite State.
